Where are his "atheist conclusions" that you think are wrong?
It seems to me that all he is saying is that the first four commandments
are not part of US Law.

Have no god before me (cancels the First Amendment)
Make no graven images (puts Hollywood out of business)
No blaspheming (Jesus Christ!)
Observe the sabbath (puts Wallmart out of business, if it's still in business)

DT's "god" is a very tenuous being who either controls evolution
by intervening undetectably with his invisible noodly appendages
when necessary, or somehow had everything planned in advance
